La Apricot coca is one of the best known and most delicious on the island. There are many and varied recipes to make this coca, most are made with the "Tovada" dough with potato, but as it is more complicated today I have put a recipe that does not need to "Tovar" the dough. 1 glass of sugar and glass sugar
