Description

La Mirona is one of those little jewels in the form of a restaurant that you're afraid to share in case it fills up with people and leaves you with honey on your lips someday. But on the other hand it would be unfair not to help the owners so that their good work is not rewarded with more clients. La Mirona is a restaurant that goes unnoticed even walking down the street Sant Jaume, where it is located. It does not have a spectacular entrance, it does not have an illuminated sign and at first glance it looks like a house. You do not need to stand out on the outside, everything good is inside.

Upon entering you find a gourmet store mixed with wine bar and restaurant that together results from the more cozy, intimate, ideal to go as a couple and with some owners, Pere and Amalia, attentive, kind and close that make dinner even better. It has about 5-6 tables, so we recommend booking a table.

Inside the section of the gourmet store you can find a shelf with a good selection of wines from the land and the rest of Spain, but that are not the typical ones that you already know; and then products such as preserves, vegetables, craft beers, jams or oils, among other things.

The restaurant part offers nearby and tasty cuisine based on original tapas . They do not have a menu so every day you can find a different menu. To give you an idea of what you can find, we chose mini cannelloni with mushrooms and prawns, others with seafood, patatas bravas, sepia in sauce, carpaccio of walkers, cuttlefish meatballs, salad and several other things that I do not remember, but all They are very good.

Enjoy the historic center of Palma and then come to Sant Jaume street to enjoy a good dinner and round off a great day.
